How did we get here?

Michigan State University’s Department of Surgery opened the Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center on July 18^th, 2016, bringing together our team of board-certified, fellowship-trained vascular surgeons, and the area’s most experienced medical aestheticians, permanent cosmetic specialist, and cosmetic injector. Over two decades ago, a decade prior to partnering with MSU, a small collective laid the foundation of the practice. Today, this devoted team has expanded into a sizable force committed to delivering the safest and most effective aesthetic treatment techniques in the industry.

MSU Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center offers a wide-range of services including laser skin resurfacing, Broad Band Light, MORPHEUS 8 radio frequency microneedling, TRITON dual wavelength laser hair reduction, permanent cosmetics, injectables, medical-grade skin care, and more!

MSU Aesthetic & Laser Treatment Center is proud to be a Dual Joule Elite Provider with Sciton Aesthetic Laser Device Company. Sciton is an established leader in energy-based medical aesthetics. We utilize the most advanced laser platforms through Sciton to provide the broadest range of light and energy-based treatments available, including HALO, MOXI, and BBL. Our practice performs thousands of Sciton light and laser-based treatments per year and is recognized as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced laser centers in Mid-Michigan. Our practice is inspected annually by Michigan State University’s Laser Safety Officer, conveniently located here on campus, to ensure that our practice, as well as our machines, are running safely, effectively, and up to code. In addition, our medical aestheticians are trained and re-certified annually on laser safety and handling through the university.
